Terrible customer service! My friend got told "this isn't the store for you" how disgusting is that. In my place of... work if you treated a customer like that you'd be fired on the spot. Horrible place, looks shabby, overpriced. Cannot believe this was a real experience.read more

The staff... genuinely know and love their products and will provide friendly, personal input when you want it. A tad expensive but everything is very high quality. They stock some of my favourite brands (R.M.Williams, Crocs,... etc.). The staff are very helpful. You can get anything you need here from buttons to pajamas.read more

Beautiful store with a large range of stock, women and men's clothing, shoes, homeware, linen, fishing equipment,... gifts. A very upmarket store which has been at the heart of north Canterbury town Kaiapoi for many years. Really worth a visit.read more
